The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has made a change to how
utilities reconcile accounts registered for an equal billing plan.
If you are registered for Equal Billing, you will be affected by the following change.
Your account will still be reviewed once during each calendar year to
make sure you have not paid too much or too little.
The change is in how that difference is managed.
If Greater Sudbury Utilities owes you, the amount will be credited to
your account and used to calculate your payments in the following year.
If you owe Greater Sudbury Utilities, this amount will be used to
